Mechman Solutions

Mechman Solutions is Gujarat's leading Autodesk Authorized Channel Partner and Certified Training Center, based at Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. Founded in 2015, we help 100+ manufacturers across India implement CAM software, develop post-processors, and train their CNC programming teams.

Our clients include ISRO, Mahindra, L&T, Reliance, Schaeffler, Jyoti CNC, and Grind Master. We are a small, fast-moving team where every person has direct impact.

We sell and support Fusion 360, PowerMill, FeatureCAM, and PartMaker — and we are growing rapidly. Good people start with us and grow with us.

Sales Executive — CAD/CAM Software

Vadodara, Gujarat Full-time ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives

Visit manufacturing companies, pitch Autodesk CAM software (Fusion 360, PowerMill, FeatureCAM), build relationships with CNC managers and purchase teams. Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain accounts.

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
  • Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, English
  • Own 2-wheeler for field visits
  • Freshers welcome — full product training provided
  • CNC / manufacturing background is a strong plus

Technical Sales

Sales Application Engineer — CNC / CAM

Vadodara, Gujarat Full-time ₹20,000–₹35,000/month + Incentives

Conduct live demos of Autodesk CAM software on customer parts. Understand customer machining requirements, recommend correct software, and support post-sale technical onboarding. Ideal for someone from a cutting tool or CNC background who wants to move into software.

  • 2+ years experience with CNC programming, cutting tools, or CAM software
  • Familiarity with Fusion 360 or PowerMill preferred
  • Comfortable doing live demos in front of engineers and managers
  • Knowledge of machining — milling, turning, multi-axis
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills

Technical / Training

CAM Training Coordinator

Vadodara, Gujarat Full-time ₹15,000–₹25,000/month

Conduct Autodesk CAM training sessions for fresher programmers and corporate batches. Prepare training materials, manage batch schedules, and provide post-training support. Work closely with Sagar and the technical team.

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Fusion 360 or PowerMill
  • Good teaching and communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi
  • Patience and ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • CNC programming background preferred
