The gold standard for programming Swiss-type lathes and multi-spindle turn-mill machines — purpose-built for Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Mazak Integrex, and more.
Autodesk PartMaker is the gold standard for programming Swiss-type lathes and multi-spindle turn-mill machines. If you run Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Mazak Integrex, or similar machines — PartMaker is purpose-built for your workflow.
Medical device manufacturers, watch component makers, automotive fastener producers, any shop running Swiss-type lathes or multi-spindle machines.
PartMaker reduces Swiss lathe programming time by 60–70% compared to manual G-code. For medical or precision parts where accuracy is critical, it eliminates the risk of manual errors entirely.
PartMaker was developed for Swiss lathes and supports the techniques commonly used by Swiss programmers — combining fine machine control with Swiss-specific functionality.
PartMaker is available as part of FeatureCAM Ultimate — the highest level of capabilities for production machining. This single package includes:
Mechman Solutions has strong in-house knowledge of programming and implementing software for Swiss lathes through established relationships with many machine tool manufacturers — ensuring accurate NC code for your machines.
Precision component manufacturers, medical device shops in Gujarat and pan-India

Description: Intro to knowledge-based Swiss Style and Turn/Mill programming with an overview of the best workflows — import, extraction, simulation, milling, along with basic and advanced strategies. Includes setup, tool libraries, cycles libraries, and the use of the process table to order, edit and synchronize toolpaths between the main and sub spindles. Ends with a 1-day lab where each student applies skills to their own parts to demonstrate proficiency.
Description: 3D Advanced Machining class includes 3D roughing and finishing techniques. Roughing: model area clearance and vortex machining. Finishing: raster, 3D offset, rest machining, pencil trace, and corner finishing. 5-axis positioning with 3+2 tool tilt and 5-axis simultaneous swarfing also taught. Ends with a 1-day lab where students apply skills to their parts.
Description: Two-day course covering Turn/Mill programming with best workflows — import, extraction, simulation, milling, along with basic and advanced strategies. Includes setup, tool libraries, cycles libraries, and process table for synchronizing toolpaths. Day two focuses on milling with the B-Axis. Additional 3D machining can be scheduled as a custom 3rd day if needed.
Description: Custom training developed together — taking into account specific needs of students, type of CNC machines, and assortment of typical parts being produced. Leverages training curriculum, modified to specific needs.
